This is part 1 of a 2 part episode with guest Jen McKen, a wedding and portrait photographer from South Western Pennsylvania. In this episode we start out meeting Jen and finding out about her background in photography. We also talk about a big decision that many photographers face, when and whether to go pro or cut back on the “side business.” Jen also talks about about her “I don’t photograph ugly people” blog post that went viral last summer and gives some insight into the decisions leading up to the post.
