This episode’s guest is me, Keith Tharp, a portrait and event photographer in southern New Hampshire.This is my first ever solo podcast so I take the opportunity to follow the Camera Campus format and tell the listeners how I got into photography and what kind of photography I do. I discuss my thoughts on a new UN-traditional photography pricing idea, and tell a story about one of my favorite pictures.

Meet Jim Salge, Patience, Persistence, Filters, and Portland Head Light

This episode’s guest is Jim Salge, a nature photographer in New Hampshire. I have been following and admiring Jim’s work for quite some time now and finally got around to having him on the show. In this episode Jim talks about returning to a location multiple times and becoming familiar with it to make the best photographs. He also gives some great info on reasons and techniques for using filters in the field. We finish it off with a story about a great picture of the Portland Head Lighthouse in Maine.
